Automated Trading

PrediBo may execute trades automatically on your behalf using the Polymarket protocol. You acknowledge that all trades are executed at your own risk. Past performance of the bot's signals does not guarantee future results.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to manipulate markets or exploit platform bugs
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

Risk of Loss. Prediction markets involve significant risk. You may lose all funds you allocate to trading. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

No Warranty. The PrediBo platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of market data, or profitability of any trading strategy.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrediBo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

Regulatory Status. PrediBo is a technology platform and is not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. Access to certain features may be restricted based on your location.
