Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
By accessing or using the PrediBo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of this platform is lawful where you reside.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Lifetime) are processed by our third-party payment provider, currently PayPal. By purchasing you also agree to the applicable terms of that payment provider. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the one-time Lifetime plan is a single payment that does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops the next renewal and your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. It does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Automated Trading
PrediBo may execute trades automatically on your behalf using the Polymarket protocol. You acknowledge that all trades are executed at your own risk. Past performance of the bot's signals does not guarantee future results.
Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to manipulate markets or exploit platform bugs
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
