Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid PrediBo plans. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, currently PayPal. The payment provider's terms apply alongside this policy and, where they grant you stronger rights, they take precedence.
14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU / UK Customers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason and receive a full refund.
Because PrediBo is a digital service made available immediately after purchase, this withdrawal right expires once you have started using paid features and have expressly waived the right at checkout. Where you have not waived it, contact us within 14 days at support@predibo.com and we will issue the refund through the original payment provider.
Monthly Subscription (Starter — $99/month)
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal.
- We do not pro-rate or refund unused days of the current month outside the 14-day withdrawal window described above.
Annual Subscription (Pro — $999/year)
- Refundable in full within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the current annual period.
Lifetime Plan ($4,999 one-time)
- Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@predibo.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the transaction ID from your payment receipt (e.g. your PayPal transaction ID). We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. We are almost always able to resolve billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback process.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund process, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected by this policy.
